The front garden, mostly paved, is dominated by a beautiful magnolia tree. At the back is an established Japanese style of garden, with ponds and water features (the design of which should mostly be credited to the previous owner of the house).  Large rhododendron bushes and mature beech trees lead down to a wooded area by the Basingstoke Canal.  Take care by the Canal. Very limited disabled access. No dogs please.
