A two tier garden, the lower consisting of mixed borders of shrubs, perennials and annuals, a rockery and pond with ornamental bridge and a large patio. The top section is separated by a small wall and rose trellis. Further mixed beds, and a clematis covered arbour housing a Buddha and small waterfall.
