The rear of the garden is mature with a lovely backdrop of trees. It has an ornamental pond and a rockery with steps leading up to a raised area with an oak tree. The garden leads down to a patio and mooring, which backs onto the Basingstoke canal.  Limited disabled access. No dogs please.
