Dominated by a large oak tree, this garden is a difficult one to plant. Main features are an arbour, clothed first in wisteria, followed by a variety of other climbers. A paved seating circle is surrounded by low box hedging. There are a number of evergreen and deciduous shrubs, planted with herbaceous perennials and summer bulbs. Raised beds and a rock garden complete the picture.
