When we moved into our cottage 18 mths ago the back garden was a mass of bricks, weeds, rubble and debris. Our first winter and spring here saw us clearing the site and preparing the beds. Our garden is still a work in progress, so we are still getting it wrong and having to put it right. It’s proving to be a lot of fun as well as hard work.
