Owners - Gill and Malcolm Allner

When we moved in at the end of 1994 we inherited a disused vegetable plot, untouched for three years. We started digging, sifting and clearing, salvaging only a few raspberry canes. The garden has evolved over the past eight years and during one period it sported a large circular swimming pool. It is now a mainly perennial herbacious cottage type garden in keeping with the age of the house. Lots of colours are added in season with pots and hanging containers.
